We reached out to PetStop after exhausting all of our options for our 2 pups Caine and Koda after they learned they could dig/jump over the fence we have in our backyard. We have one particularly “stubborn” dog who had to be leash walked every time he was outside because we could not contain him any other way. It caused a lot of stress for our family and it caused us to have 2 young dogs who became very rambunctious in the house and who started to become very bored with not being able to run in our backyard and get their energy out. Awesome customer service!!! Had trouble with my collars, helped me troubleshoot, found the problem, new collar device sent and she did all the paperwork. Appreciate this stellar customer service. As I remember, installation technicians were awesome and dogs adjusted very well to system. Love it and want my dogs safe on my own property.

Mike is wonderful. I texted him late on a Friday with a broken collar from my 2 dogs playing with each other. Mike immediately responded and fixed the collar the next day Saturday! He is a great outstanding man that praises God and it SHOWS!!! I’ve had this system going on 8 years now. The only issue Ive ever had was this one issue where my dogs (Catahoola brothers) were play fighting and broke one of the prongs. Fixed next day!!! I highly recommend this product. It’s worth the $$$.

We recently added a new pup to our herd after losing one and the others nearing teenagers. We have had another underground fence system for almost 15 years but our new addition would test it and cross it without hesitation even on the strongest and widest settings available.

Enter the great folks at Pet Stop. They came and explained the benefits of their system and how it can all be easily adjusted using an app on the phone. Installation was done within the same week of our first conversation and the installer did a fabulous job respecting our property and showing us all the various ways the system works.

The flexibility of the system is outstanding. The collar is much smaller than the old system and is rechargeable so we no longer need to order the hard to find odd sized batteries of the old system. Everything is on WiFi and has an app so we can see...

Love this fix. My little boy is the perfect boy, except when it comes to cars. This changed our quality of life. We are no longer fearful he will dart when the door is opened. He doesn't even attempt to leave the yard!

Adam was awesome. The set up is organized and looks super clean. He took care in explaining the training process and helped me work with my stubborn bulldogge puppy. I was skeptical but Pet Stop exceeds my expectations. It keeps our wild boy perfectly contained. A lot cheaper than putting up an actual fence, too. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We had Pet Stop put our invisible fence in about 10 years ago and it has worked flawlessly for all these years.
However, a few trees had to be taken down and the stump grinder found the line.
Adam came out quickly and repaired the damage. It’s working great once again.

Great service. Knowledgeable folks that have been working with dogs for generations. Had the underground invisible fence installed almost a year ago, and it was one of the best investments I made. During the consultation I asked a ton of questions and eventually, after a few days sleeping on it and several long energetic puppy walks a day later, decided it was the right choice for our family.

Adam, Jason, and Pamela had me feeling the support I needed through the whole install and training process. They give you a training schedule to follow for a few weeks - my big Akita caught on pretty quick, but she still got out once. I immediately called Adam and he answered the phone during dinner and walked me through getting her back safely and how to immediately correct the behavior, and she respects her boundaries ever since.
