Installing a fence from Pet Stop was one of the best investments that I have ever made. When I purchased it about 3 years ago, I had just adopted my third rescue dog from the south. Pet stop was such an easy choice for us to make. After getting quotes on regular fences we decided to get some invisible fence quotes. Rob the owner came out to see my property and give me an official quote. I had an idea of what I thought it would cost and the quote I got was so much cheaper. We had to wait a month for the install but it was understandable as this is probably busy season for them. The guys who did the install were super nice, they took the time for my dog to get comfortable with them because she is very shy. They walked us through all the training steps and set us up with the pet stop app for our phones. Pet stop is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a fence for their dog, my pup says thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My parents needed to have the wire re-run for their existing fence due to many breaks. We contacted Pet Stop of Northern New England. Rob cam out, and explained the options, he was exceptionally professional, and did not try to force my parents into buying a new system, but instead worked within their budget. When the install took place there was snow on the ground, so the guys came out & laid the wire on the snow, burying it under the driveway for plowing though. Then in the Spring they came back & buried the rest of the wire. Both times the guys installing were friendly, helpful, showed up on time. Communicated well on arrival time. The office staff was also friendly, and communicated well. If I could give them an extra star I would. If you need invisible fencing for your pet - this company is the best!

The team was professional. Installation was clean and well done. Training sessions were thorough, clear, and hands-on. The team showed care for both our dog and us the owners. Couldn't be happier knowing that our rescue dog is safe and happy in our yard that abuts a main road.

Pet Stop installed our fence 10 years ago for our Golden puppy and then came out again 2 years ago to help us train a new puppy. Both times they were very thorough! Our 2nd dog is much smaller and they adjusted things and helped with how the differences would work. We have never had a problem with the fence installation in all these years!
A couple of times landscapers clipped the underground wire and they were right back here to help within a day, and putting new flags up.
Their communications with battery renewals is amazing - I never have to think about it - it just arrives!!

This company goes above and beyond! Their product works awesome, and their service is number 1! We have had our dog, Piper, on this fence system for 7 years without a hitch. The one time we accidentally disrupted the line, the technicians were out in a day to make the repairs. Love this company and highly recommend!

Billy and Jake came out today to install our underground dog fence and we couldn’t be more pleased with their knowledge, service, professionalism, and thoroughness. We have a tricky property and they took their time to walk us through the best course of action, answered all our questions and did an amazing job. They then worked directly with our border collie to make sure she understood the boundaries. Couldn’t be happier with our overall experience!

These guys are top notch! We are super lucky to have found such a great place with an amazing group of talented professionals. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and very quick to respond with any questions we had about training our dogs. I highly recommend this company! We had our dogs off the leash in less than 3 weeks! It has been a year now that we have had the fence installed and our pets are doing great! We still continue to have great service with the staff at pet stop any time we have a question or need them to come out they respond in a timely manner!
