These Pet Stop people are first class, both the office and the field staff! I only wish that I can be as good at what I do as Moharam, the technician, is at what he does! Flawless customer service and good nature. So glad to have their help!

I live in a HOA and letting my CATS outside had become problematic. I called Pet Stop and Rob came out and surveyed my property. We discussed some options. He gave me some pros and cons. I decided to have the system installed. The team showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were very polite and explained everything as they went along. Together we worked out some potential issues and the system was fully installed in a few hours. Then my cats were brought outside for training and that went well also. I have continued the training and my younger cat gets it. I'm still working on the "old man". I have little doubt the system is not going to work if the training is done correctly as suggested. I believe it will keep my CATS safely in my yard. Thanks Pet Stop for some peace of mind.

We have used Pet Stop for many years and they have fantastic people working for them! We have close to 3 acres "fenced" and Muharen found the broken wire in a matter of minutes! (A large tree fell on it.) He repaired it in short order and gave me a refresher in the use of the monitor and all this took only 1/2 hour! Muharen is so professional, so nice and very fast! My husband and I continue to be impressed with Pet Stop!!

I can't say enough good things about both the customer service and the workmanship. I sent an Inquiree and got a response in a very timely fashion from Rob that I was not expecting. Muharem was awesome when he came out. He was excellent with explaining what he was going to do, excellent with our dog, and he was excellent with the training and answering questions. I felt a bit high maintenance. This was my very forst electric dog fence and my wife was against it. Our dog was in a board and train and I didn't realize the dog needed to be there for the first appointment. So I had to reschedule and didn't have an exact day we were picking her up. The staff was amazing and during our last site visit I had my wife on speaker phone and Mu answered all her questions. She and I think this was a great investment for our dog. Brad did an amazing job installing our dog fence. Recently we had a new septic system put in and unfortunately they cut off wire did an amazing job was efficient and friendly use with any of your pet services.

I am happy to provide a highly positive review of Pet Stop of Northern New England. We used them in 2013 for our last dog and again in 2024 for a new puppy. Our experience has been nothing but stellar. They have always been professional. They are responsive to client's needs and always available to solve unexpected problems. Their approach to pet containment is conservative, seeking to find the least restrictive method. We are a little long in the tooth and may never have another dog, but if we do, they will be our go to.

When I reported a failure of the system, they saved me valuable time with troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn’t solve the issue they sent their smart and efficient technician, Muharem. Brad was the technician that came to my home. He did exactly what I needed to have done. He explained everything he did.
I am very satisfied with his work and with the company itself.

I found Rob and Muharem to be timely, professional and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. As someone who hads had a dog fence many years ago with very bad results I was very cautious and anxious. Complicating matters somewhat I have three dogs with varying degrees of energy.
I am now in my second phase of training and am feeling confident that my dogs will no longer be at risk on a busy street and not trespassing in a “not so friendly” neighbors yard.
I found Mo to be extremely patient with my trepidation about passed experience and encouraging.
Also, a “shout out” to the “gals” in the office! Things do not run smoothly without you!

The fence install went seamlessly, even with us changing our minds multiple times about where to put the fence.
I have two dogs, one that’s aggressive and one that’s scared. I was nervous to do the training with Muharem, based on how my dogs tend to react. Muharem is a professional. He knew exactly how to interact with my dogs so they could focus on training and not be distracted.
