As an animal lover and volunteer foster with a local dog rescue, I don't take decisions about my dogs' safety lightly. I'd considered an invisible fence for years, but between HOA restrictions on physical fencing at a previous property, cost, and worry that an invisible fence might be uncomfortable for my dogs (who are truly like my kids), I kept putting it off.

I'm so glad we finally went with Pet Stop of Northern New England. Muharem came out to assess our property and design a perimeter that included a line laid right into the lake, so our dogs could keep swimming safely without any risk of wandering into boat traffic. The training approach was gentle, patient, and tailored to each dog's personality and sensitivities — nothing about it felt harsh or scary.

I have been using this company for over 20 years. I have enjoyed working with Terry the original owner & Rob over the years. This is a great company with awesome employees who make the owners feel comfortable about using the fence. It is so nice when your dog can run around off leash and be safe in doing so. I would recommend this company and product to anyone who wants to give their fur baby free run of the yard and not be tethered to a leash.

Had a break in my pet fence on a Saturday, called problem in and left a message with answering service, shortly after received a txt from Rob.
I was able to locate and repair break but did not have the appropriate splice kit, Rob offered to drop kit to my house on Mon as he was scheduled to be in the area.
Fantastic customer support!!! This is my first problem in 8 years and I was treated like a new customer.

Rep’s arrival was timely. He was very knowledgeable and easily understood a fence modification I wanted to arrange. He quickly and successfully reconfigured my fence. He also easily solved a minor glitch I had with one of my collars.

We had the fence installed for our two dogs (Brodie and Oso), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The Pet Stop technician was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. The training was detailed and went smoothly, which gave us a lot of confidence. Having the fence installed was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Brodie and Oso are now free to come in and out of the house and play in the yard until they’re happily exhausted. It has also allowed us, as a family, to enjoy the yard together without worry. We couldn’t be happier with Pet Stop and the freedom and quality time this fence had brought our family. It has truly made spending time outdoors together more enjoyable.

I am very happy with the fence for my 10 month old puppy. Brad did a great job installing it and a very clean neat job. He was very good at explaining the system and we walked the perimeter where the flags were with my dog. We also did some training with my dog. She differently knows her boundaries now. I would refer them to anyone!

Quick response to my inquiry and installation occurred within weeks. This is for my cat 🐈! So far it's working great. He learned very quickly how the fence works 😉

Our pet stop fence works flawlessly. When our dogs were sprayed by a skunk Rob and team replaced the collars and receivers at a very reasonable cost. There was no getting rid of the smell. I just the fence kept unwanted critters out. We take red flags with us to our camp in Nova scotia as well as camp grounds while traveling with our truck camper. We just don't give away our secret.

Rob and his team were great. Installation was quick and easy and they were very detailed with training. I had to call after for questions and to reschedule the 2nd session and they were extremely accommodating. Great experience all around.
