Pet Stop of Northern New England

Brad did an amazing job installing our dog fence. Recently we had a new septic system put in and unfortunately they cut off wire did an amazing job was efficient and friendly use with any of your pet services.

I am happy to provide a highly positive review of Pet Stop of Northern New England. We used them in 2013 for our last dog and again in 2024 for a new puppy. Our experience has been nothing but stellar. They have always been professional. They are responsive to client's needs and always available to solve unexpected problems. Their approach to pet containment is conservative, seeking to find the least restrictive method. We are a little long in the tooth and may never have another dog, but if we do, they will be our go to.

When I reported a failure of the system, they saved me valuable time with troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn’t solve the issue they sent their smart and efficient technician, Muharem. He identified and corrected the issue, communicated it to me and the office. Pet Stop of NewEngland without hesitation backed up their product and services.

I am very satisfied with his work and with the company itself.

I found Rob and Muharem to be timely, professional and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. As someone who hads had a dog fence many years ago with very bad results I was very cautious and anxious. Complicating matters somewhat I have three dogs with varying degrees of energy.
I am now in my second phase of training and am feeling confident that my dogs will no longer be at risk on a busy street and not trespassing in a “not so friendly” neighbors yard.
I found Mo to be extremely patient with my trepidation about passed experience and encouraging.
Also, a “shout out” to the “gals” in the office! Things do not run smoothly without you!

The fence install went seamlessly, even with us changing our minds multiple times about where to put the fence.

Update 12/22/23: Wire was cut by landscapers (again- but my fault for not telling them about the perimeter wire). Called Pet Stop and they sent Muharem out to repair- he’s the same guy who installed the system. Muharem is friendly, efficient and he had the system repaired in minutes. Appreciate his customer-focus and great attitude, and he had a biscuit for our pup Remi which he greatly appreciated as well! Great guy and a great company!

Wire was cut by Trugreen during Fall aeration and overseeding. Called Pet Stop and they had their guys here in a couple of days at a time that worked for us.
Brad and Jake had the system fixed in less than half an hour. They were professional and pleasant gentlemen and played with our pups.
Service call price was very reasonable.

This has been a great addition for our 2 big dogs. The process was easy and the price was reasonable. On install day, we made some last minute changes to the area we wanted to fence, and the installers were happy to help. When one of my dogs chewed his collar and broke it, I was able to have it replaced easily. Really happy with Pet Stop!
