The Pet Stop employees are so friendly both on the phone and in person. Mo was a terrific installer/trainer. He was so good with our puppy and made the training very clear to us. Pet Stop of NNE seems to be a very organized company.

Rob and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They are available to answer any and all questions, and were very thorough in explaining all of our options as well as how to use our new invisible fence. They came for two training sessions, which were very helpful. I cannot say enough about them so far!

We adopted a hound with a lot of energy, they were able to come out and lay the wire, even though the ground was frozen and there was still snow, just so I could get him trained on it and he could be safe. Training was very thorough and within 2-3 weeks our new dog was off leash in the yard. They will be back in the spring to bury the wires once they can work the ground. So far very happy!

Pet stop has been great. We have had their electric fence for 5 years now and our dog does not leave the yard. They did a great job with the training and have been very responsive anytime we have had a question or problem with the collar. They came today to train our new dog and did a great job.

I have been a customer of Pet Stop since 2010 and have been very pleased with their services. I had them install the original invisible fence in our large yard back then and have not had any problems since. We just added a new dog to our family and needed training plus a new collar for him. Excellent, professional, fast service. The technician/trainer has been here before and always very friendly, courteous and good with our dogs. Highly recommend this company!

Pet Stop has been awesome!! We have used them for 2 dogs and they are coming to help us train our new pup this week. One dog was stubborn about the fence and they were excellent at working with us to get him adjusted to the fence. They provide amazing customer service. I love that a human being answers the phone and they have always been available to help us troubleshoot issues with the fence and collars and also help with training the dogs. I love the peace of mind of letting the dogs enjoy the yard and knowing they are totally safe and secure.

I called around to get quotes to fix our dog fence and the big companies quoted a ridiculous amount and they were trying to up sell everything when I just needed the fence we have fixed! I found Pet Stop of Northern New England after doing a search and called to get a quote. They quoted a fraction of the price and could fix any brand of dog fence. Muharem came out today and fixed a couple of breaks in the wire and helped us reset the strength of our signal. He was quick, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Pet Stop if you need a new dog fence or if you have one that is no longer working.

PetStop came out and put an invisible fence in for our lively dog. Muharem and his partner did a great job putting the fence in and then explaining how to train Teddy. He came back a few weeks later to do the final training and did a great job telling us the most effective ways to teach Teddy how to cross out of the yard to go on a walk, how to get him back in if he crosses over the fence, etc. We also really like that the battery to the collar and rechargeable and that we have an app on the phone so we can use the system at the beach or anywhere away from the house! Muharem was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We are really happy that we chose PetStop to protect Teddy.

Very helpful and efficient team. The fence was installed quickly despite being a large, wooded, and hilly space. Great support during training and very nice to have the peace of mind that our dog will be safe outside even when cars drive by.
