Pet Stop installed an invisible fence for us about 14 years ago. It is still working great. A coupler of times, we had breaks due to landscaping, but they came out and fixed it in a timely manner. Would recommend them.

They were quick with the installation and very good about the training afterwards. Often now we don’t have to worry about the collar being on our dog, he will stay in the yard. The battery plan they have is great, reminds you when you need to change them.

Love these people have been a customer for a least 20 years always great service. They have installed 2 dog fences for us one in Chester and one at our new house in the lakes region . They stand by their products and are always prompt to send us batteries and supplies when we need them.

We've had a Pet Stop invisible fence for about 10 years now in our rural Byfield property and I couldn't recommend them enough! Installation was efficient and the training for our dogs was thorough. Since our initial installation, we've added a few dogs to our family and the process of training, swapping around collars and setting up new collars was super easy. I love that they are a local business and a real person (Melissa :) answers the phone each time. They've been so patient with me with having to adjust our base unit with new dogs. It's been a great experience.

The fence works great and there are many nice features compared to some basic models. The fence works very well for my German shepherd and the company has great service and very reasonable prices for their product and work. No problems with the fence and we’ve had it for almost 9 years!

Best thing that we’ve done for our Dane. She has so much freedom to roam around the yard.

I have been a customer of Pet Stop of Northern New England since 2003. They were amazing when they installed our first fence in that year. Since then, they have come to help train two other dogs on this same fence. Having an electric fence for my dogs has been, hands down, the best money I have ever spent. Randomly, a few years ago, one of my dogs started to leave the yard even when wearing his collar. They called me back right away and came to help train the dog and he had to start using a different collar. They are so knowledgeable and the fix of the new collar worked immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have had this fence for my German Shepherd for about 8 years. The collar the the fence both work as well as the day they were installed. I have just added a new dog to my family and when she was the appropriate age I called them to fit a collar for my younger dog! An excellent company to work with- they have an on call call center to address any and all of your questions! I would recommend this to anyone who has a dog and would like to give them freedom but still keep them safe

We were looking at different types of fencing for our new dog and found some of our neighbors were using an invisible fence from pet stop and realized it could be the solution for us. We contacted Pet stop and found they are knowledgeable and experienced. The planning for where to place the fence was a collaborative process and their expertise was very valuable. The installation was quick and the training was as fun ( for the humans).
The system has provided peace of mind for our family knowing our dogs are safely on the yard.
When we added a 2nd dog, all we had to do is call and get another collar and we already knew how to train the new dog.
Anytime you have a question, you can just call and speak with someone and get an answer.
