I have been using this company for over 20 years. I have enjoyed working with Terry the original owner & Rob over the years. This is a great company with awesome employees who make the owners feel comfortable about using the fence. It is so nice when your dog can run around off leash and be safe in doing so. I would recommend this company and product to anyone who wants to give their fur baby free run of the yard and not be tethered to a leash.

This system has worked perfectly for our Black Lab. We love being able to let him out without fear of roaming the neighborhood.

Our pet stop fence works flawlessly. When our dogs were sprayed by a skunk Rob and team replaced the collars and receivers at a very reasonable cost. There was no getting rid of the smell. I just the fence kept unwanted critters out. We take red flags with us to our camp in Nova scotia as well as camp grounds while traveling with our truck camper. We just don't give away our secret.

Rob and his team were great. Installation was quick and easy and they were very detailed with training. I had to call after for questions and to reschedule the 2nd session and they were extremely accommodating. Great experience all around.

My harem is a great trainer of pets and people. They use the latest tech for their fence and collar and the iPhone app is super handy. Very strongly recommend this company

Had the system for years. Works great I broke the wire while gardening and Tom came out to fix it right away and refused to take money for it. Just a good business!

I’ve had the system installed for 6 years and Tom has been amazing. It works so well I’ve only needed him a couple of times since and he assists right away, first remotely over the phone then in person as needed. He’s a pleasure to work with, and when I cut my line by accident digging in the yard, he came out right away to fix. Im so glad I went with Tom and Pet Stop.

From day, one, the process has been painless! We We’re hesitant in installing the invisible fence due to our bully being extremely stubborn but just day one of training she learned quickly, and it was very easy to follow. We are now feeling confident and know that if we have any questions it’s easily to reach out and have the support.

We continue to love our experience with Pet Stop. Our Siberian huskies enjoy freedom in our yard and we don’t worry they will run away! Pet Stop’s customer service has been excellent and they are fast and efficient with replacing batteries or coming out of there are any issues. Highly recommended!!

I live in a HOA and letting my CATS outside had become problematic. I called Pet Stop and Rob came out and surveyed my property. We discussed some options. He gave me some pros and cons. I decided to have the system installed. The team showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were very polite and explained everything as they went along. Together we worked out some potential issues and the system was fully installed in a few hours. Then my cats were brought outside for training and that went well also. I have continued the training and my younger cat gets it. I'm still working on the "old man". I have little doubt the system is not going to work if the training is done correctly as suggested. I believe it will keep my CATS safely in my yard. Thanks Pet Stop for some peace of mind.

We have used Pet Stop for many years and they have fantastic people working for them! We have close to 3 acres "fenced" and Muharen found the broken wire in a matter of minutes! (A large tree fell on it.) He repaired it in short order and gave me a refresher in the use of the monitor and all this took only 1/2 hour! Muharen is so professional, so nice and very fast! My husband and I continue to be impressed with Pet Stop!!

I can't say enough good things about both the customer service and the workmanship. I sent an Inquiree and got a response in a very timely fashion from Rob that I was not expecting. Muharem was awesome when he came out. He was excellent with explaining what he was going to do, excellent with our dog, and he was excellent with the training and answering questions. I felt a bit high maintenance. This was my very forst electric dog fence and my wife was against it. Our dog was in a board and train and I didn't realize the dog needed to be there for the first appointment. So I had to reschedule and didn't have an exact day we were picking her up. The staff was amazing and during our last site visit I had my wife on speaker phone and Mu answered all her questions. She and I think this was a great investment for our dog. I wish we did it for our last one. Will not hesitate to recommend or...
