Brent quickly installed our fence, showed us how to easily teach our dogs their boundaries with the flags and always replies quickly to any questions I have. He has delivered new batteries and tests out the devices to ensure they are working correctly when needed. I highly recommend this company.

Brent did a great job on the installation of our Pet Stop underground fence. Anytime we have had a question he is very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend the company and Brent to anyone looking for an underground fence for their pet.

I give Brent and Pet Stop of North Alabama 10 stars!!! We have a very rowdy and curious goldendoodle that Brent installed a fence for in February of 2022. He took the time that day and taught me how to train her with the collar and flags which was soooo easy. This hyper puppy learned her boundary within 2 days!! We are just now having to change the battery 14 months later because she has done so well with this. I recommend Brent 100 times over to anyone looking for an invisible fence.

Highly recommend Brent for your underground pet fence needs, explained all my options and installed it to work for my yard layout. Did the package with the app, and glad I did. Puppy is like a different dog, within a few weeks she had the fence border learned and the app turned out to be the best training aide. We used the app inside the house and quickly got our puppy rid of bad habits and now just showing her the phone gets her attention. Went from a hyper uncontrollable puppy at times to a well behaved dog.

Brent is awesome as is the invisible fence he installed for us. He spent time with us and our dog, Willow, showing us how to train her and she picked it up very quickly! Now Willow can enjoy the freedom of our yard without us and a leash. I highly recommend Brent and his product!!

Brent did a wonderful job installing my electric fence to keep my miniature schnauzers in the yard. He gave us detailed instructions to train our dogs and the fence has worked beautifully. I’ve had an amazing experience with Brent at PetStop. I had 2 cats moving from a 3rd floor apartment in a big city to the “country” and was very apprehensive about how the underground fence would work for cats who have never/rarely been outside. He took the time to teach them (and me) how to train properly, because cats learn the underground fence differently than dogs. Brent and the team were great with my cats. Two became four very quickly because my family realized how happy the cats were outside (and dropped them off with me). They come in every night and I take their collars off. They wait by the door in the morning after they have eaten to get their collars put on to go outside. I had a cat door installed so it has been great. I never thought this would work but have been so pleasantly surprised about how great it has worked and turned out. Give it a try if you are debating...

Very professional, but more importantly very caring. Made sure we completely understood how the fence worked and took their time in explaining how to train dogs. They also followed up to make sure things were running smoothly.
When problems arise (my dog got skunked! And ruined the fabric collar!). Very quick to respond to resolve any situations.
