BEST MONEY WE EVER SPENT!!! We absolutely LOVE Pet Stop - everything about them and the fence. Catherine & Karl are amazing to deal with! So nice, so honest and always so helpful!! Mike who did our install is great too! Our dog is SO utterly happy to have the freedom he does because of them and the fence. In turn we also now have alot of freedom as well since we no longer have to worry about our pup running off into the woods behind our house and getting hurt. It's the BEST feeling. We can all hang outside without a care or worry. We can just be out there to play with him, or to hang on the patio or by the fire. We can just be out there to ENJOY. THANK YOU AGAIN PET STOP!!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! If anyone reading this is 'on the fence' about having an install done by them, JUST DO IT. You will not regret it, trust me!! I repeat - BEST MONEY...

They installed invisible dog fencing at two homes. I was so happy with the first installation that I had them install another one when I moved.

Was able to contact the rep in our area and got an appt within a week, he explained everything and signed up. Easy as pie!! The installation tech was great and followed all of our instructions to the letter as to where to put the wires in the ground. So easy to work with. My dog’s first collar lost its ability to charge after about a year and our rep drove to our place and dropped off a new collar, even when he was almost out of stock due to Covid. It’s wonderful to buy from local businesses who care about their customers!!

We think Pet Stop is great! Karl responded immediately to our call and we scheduled a date to learn more about their invisible fences. Soon after our fence was installed and we were trained on how the Gentle Steps program works. Our dog was easily and safely trained with this program and we had a complimentary follow up training session. Pet Stop is a friendly, helpful, thorough, and prompt company. Most of all their invisible fence system works!! Our dog Lily loves the freedom of roaming our yard and now we don’t worry about her running off.

It took us a long time to train our two dogs on this system, and it was a little frustrating at first, but looking back now, this was such a great purchase. This saved me more than $10k and the eye sore of a physical fence. It's so convenient to be able to let the dogs out on their own on a cold day in the winter, and they enjoy having the freedom to roam. No more getting tangled up in lead lines either. The dogs know to stay away from the edge and never get zapped anymore. I highly recommend.

He walked me through what I needed to do to train our dog and ensured that we were able to visit a neighbor's yard that also used PetStop. Every step of my invisible fence installation was done professionally and with great customer service. From my initial inquiry several months ago until now, Catherine has been responsive and a pleasure to work with. Having never had an invisible fence before I was at the onset concerned about how to teach my puppy where the boundaries were. The installer took the time to walk me through training step by step and the results have been miraculous. Even after the install was complete, I was still able to reach to Catherine with any questions I had. If you are looking for piece of mind for you and your dog, this is the service to use!

We got an invisible fence installed for our pup when he was 6 months. Petstop came out and explained everything and gave us some training techniques for our dog. Everything worked great. Just recently our charging base quit working and we contacted Karl and he had a new one shipped right out to us. The customer service is great if you have any questions or concerns. After getting our high energy husky/lab puppy, I didnt think there was any way we could run his energy off. That is until we got a Pet Stop system! We had a pet Stop invisible fence installed and have been happy for the past two years. The fence itself is pretty straight forward, bury a wire, hook it up to a control unit, put a collar on your dog. What has made our experience so positive is the service associated with it. Catherine and her team have been incredibly responsive and have helped us not only with the equipment but training as well. They have answered text messages and calls 7 days a week and have responded with advice that has helped us and saved us money!
In my opinion, products don’t differentiate themselves much anymore, service does. Pet Stop has provided us outstanding service, my hunch is, it isn’t a fluke!
