Karl was amazing. He came out on an inconvenient day for him to explain the system and then came out and installed it a week later. Professional from beginning to end. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the training we received for our two puppies and the bluetooth collars are so flexible to meet all of our needs both now and the future. We are still in the training phase of teaching our puppies how to live with the fence but can't wait to give them the freedom to run. Thanks to Pet Stop we will be able to do that soon.

Karl was out today with only 3 days notice. Underground dog fence was cut in about 4 places by landscapers and fence repair folks! Karl was early, & fixed everything in less than an hour, and even had to redo about 50 feet of cable. No complaints, excellent job and very reasonable. Our Dog fence is now operational. Once again. Pet Stop has been life-changing for our family! Our dog used to only have one speed when a door opened. She would dart off constantly, through the woods to another neighborhood and often at the worst times with little kids to manage. We were skeptical the fence would work for a dog with such a high squirrel drive but within 2-3 weeks she was completely trained. It is the best money we've ever spent. Now when a door opens our dog walks calmly into the yard (never thought I'd see that day!) She safely romps around even with the distractions of squirrels or people walking dogs on our neighborhood walking trail. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We have been this family owned business for years. They have been keeping our pets safe and happy and contained. Whenever we have had a problem they have come out immediately and taken care of it everything from accidentally cutting lines digging to a deer repeatedly Digging and ripping up the wire believe it or not! They are the best and have trained all five dogs we have had throughout the years to the fence. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had the fence installed about 2 years ago and as a first time electric fence user, we have been thrilled. Since getting the fence, we have had a few issues and they have been great at responding to all of our fixes. A root popped up a section of the fence and our son mowed through the wire. I didn't want to pay a service charge for their fix so they helped me get what I needed to fix it (super simple really). One of responders stopped working properly, so they got a replacement (covered by the warranty) quickly. And the last, and the reason for the review, we were having difficulties with system just HOURS before we left for vacation and left our dogs with a house sitter. They responded quickly AND very late in the evening to help walk us through the fix. We'd highly recommend Pet Stop.

I found a problem with our Pet Stop dog fence on a Saturday and called Catherine the sane day. She got back to me the very quickly and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Mike came on Monday morning and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I've been an over 20 year customer with Pet Stop. They have safely contained 5 rescue dogs over the span in our 2.65 acre property through hurricanes, blizzards, droughts, and Climate Change sweltering Summers. The reality is that conditions change, as do our dogs, their personalities, and at times their animal instincts take over. Having partners like Pet Stop is comforting when caring for our four legged family. I'm pleased to have worked with Karl and Catherine and am glad we chose them over the "name brand" company!

We were not sure about using Pet Stop because we had tried so many other products that did not stop our dog. But We are so glad we did. It is like having a different dog. He will NOT go past the line. Pet Stop was worth every penny. I recommend it highly. This picture is our dog sitting and watching kids (which he loves kids) across the road playing, he would not cross over the line. The staff is wonderful they will answer any question you, and if need be come out to your place and help you. I can not say enough of good thing about Pet Stop!

Mike our pet fence tech was on time, polite, and thorough. Our neighbor had the lawn aerated and the guy doing it broke our fence line. I called Pet Stop and they were on it. I absolutely recommend them for electric fence protection.
