Very good service. Showed up on time, wore his mask properly!!! Explained what he was doing, and answered all of my questions. Also gave me pointers on how to prevent mice from getting into our house again. Five months later and we haven't had a problem again. Now the ants, those are a problem. I'll be calling these guys to help.

And now my experience with JJ: I would like to express my absolute satisfaction with his work. He was very professional, attentive, considerate, and absolutely careful about every detail. I found him very polite and eager to provide all of the information I needed. He considered the social distancing and cleanliness protocols while inspecting every corner of the house: basement to attic. He very professionally found the reason for the attack: the openings between the bricks on the walls that had been left unattended by the builder. I rarely ever write reviews, but I want to give a shoutout to the nice gentleman, Spencer, who took care of our new home. Before the house was remodeled, the previous owners did not take very good care of it and had a problem with carpenter ants. Spencer took time out of his busy schedule to double check everything and talk us through the whole process. This definitely beats the "spray and pray" method of purchasing a random pest control product from a big box store like we were doing. Thank you!
