Fantastic service - professional, pet and kid safe, and unbelievably responsive. Called late on a Sunday, called back within 5 minutes with an appointment, and have followed up several times since to ensure quality. Definitely recommend!

Had carpenter and common ants coming into the house every year, so far this year nothing after going with this company for the first time. Happy with the service! Found a mouse in our basement, got through their traps outside though.

Knowledgeable and efficient!
The response time was for xcellent. What a relief! The inspector was very professional and took the time to explain mouse habits, location and entry preferences, causes and prevention. He explained the traps and the reason for location in simple terms we could all understand. The problem was solved quickly and after several months we still have no mice. Thanks so much Pest Control Ottawa!

In the end they worked out well. I just would have liked some kind on contract or document explaining the cost structure and details. Rick (the guy who came to my house) was good, Profesional etc, also the reception (on phone) Lady was nice and professional. Never got the skunk, but a few raccoons are long gone!

I had squirrels in my house. They were in my kitchen cupboards and I was absolutely terrified that they would keep coming back or somehow get lose in my house but the gentleman from Pest Control Ottawa reassured me that he would make sure to remove them and prevent them from coming back in...and he did! He tried to catch them free hand but they kept going back into the walls and so ended up setting traps and told me what to listen and watch for and what to expect. He knew how scared I was and even gave me his personal cell number to call him directly when the traps went off and promised to come back to check on me the next morning. He showed on time and even repaired and blocked off the hole in the wall to prevent them from coming back in... Great service!! Thank you for your help!!
