Super professional! Same day service. The guy was super helpful and did not try to oversell services. I have used them twice now for different issues and they have been super to deal with! Highly recommend.

In the end they worked out well. I just would have liked some kind on contract or document explaining the cost structure and details. Rick (the guy who came to my house) was good, Profesional etc, also the reception (on phone) Lady was nice and professional. Never got the skunk, but a few raccoons are long gone!

I had squirrels in my house. They were in my kitchen cupboards and I was absolutely terrified that they would keep coming back or somehow get lose in my house but the gentleman from Pest Control Ottawa reassured me that he would make sure to remove them and prevent them from coming back in...and he did! He tried to catch them free hand but they kept going back into the walls and so ended up setting traps and told me what to listen and watch for and what to expect. He knew how scared I was and even gave me his personal cell number to call him directly when the traps went off and promised to come back to check on me the next morning.

He showed on time and even repaired and blocked off the hole in the wall to prevent them from coming back in...
