This company is byfar one of the best companies that I have dealt with in a while. I can always count on them to arrive when they say they will be there and they are always courteous of any requests I have. My water jugs are always left where I can easily access them and get them into my home. I appreciate these guys and highly recommend them.

So far amazing! I signed up as a new customer on a Wednesday and my order was delivered by Friday. New cooler and all. Unlike that other water company who had pushed back my original water order by 2 weeks and now we’re over a week late for them picking up their equipment—a company I was with for over 24 years. I chose Penn Ohio because they had great reviews and am looking forward to working with a reliable, reputable, family-owned company.
