Penn Ohio water have delivered consistent quality service since I had reached out to them nearly 4 years ago.

Maintaining balanced electrolytes is often difficult for me due to medication prescriptions. For me, drinking spring water from Penn Ohio has eliminated my need to take mineral supplements in order to avoid muscle cramping that results from those imbalances. Penn Ohio's website makes it easy for me to adjust my delivery amount and date as needed, and on the rare occasions that I've tried to reach them by phone, they have always been friendly, professional and ready to help me with whatever I needed. I've been a Penn Ohio customer for approximately one year now and their deliveries have been consistently on time. I've already referred friends to Penn Ohio and will continue to do so.

I'm not technically in their service are but they go out of the way to deliver me spring water and I've had no missed promises with them. The water is great and they give me no hassle. The driver is always hitting the delivery date and is very courteous. If anything looks out of place they call me on phone. I can't express how much I like this service. I came here after primo water kept breaking promises for over a month straight with no notifying me in any way. I would recommend this service company to anyone who doesn't want hassle

I was with a water delivery company for 20+ years and they sold out and the service became hit and miss. I called Penn Ohio Water Company and they were there the next day for me. They are consistent, friendly and well worth the switch.

I always get a reminder prior to my delivery so I could put my empty bottles out. Good water and prompt delivery. I love having it delivered right to my porch instead of having to go somewhere to purchase the water. Those bottles are heavy!! Thank you so much!!🙂
