I switched from a VERY inadequate company who took over for a company I've used for a LONG time. I've never looked back from my inquirey to Penn Ohio if they could service my account. Today's delivery was amazing. The driver overcame a LOT of adversity getting stopped by construction, by me not taking an unknown number (twice) call, and left texts about his attempt to get to me. I finally got back to him and instead of delaying delivery to next week, he came back! A+, 5-star rating for sure.

Penn Ohio Bottle water comp. We’ve been with the company for about a year or so and never been late or postponed delivery. Reasonable prices, and easy to communicate with about bill or service. Online website is easy to understand, and maneuver. Could only say that a couple of times we’ve received a cracked gallon with a small leak, but for the most part everything is great! Would recommend !
