He delivered my four 5 gallon bottles right to my front door. He asked me if I needed help getting them inside or moved to any special location. I thanked him and said I could handle it from here. It’s good to know I can depend on him if I’m ever ill or unable to get them in myself. And I appreciate how kind and respectful he was.

I really enjoy getting water from Penn Ohio. I’m new to getting water delivery. I usually just pick up a case when I shop. I love that water is brought right to my door. I also appreciate their customer service. Penn Ohio doesn’t just assume I get 4 5gal bottles per month. They ask what I need. My home has steps and I don’t have to struggle bringing heavy water containers to my house. That convenience alone is worth the few buck delivery fee.
