The Entire PDX Team were simply amazing thru this whole process! They displayed alot of patients with every question and didn't even bat an eye at all my questions, I would very much reccomend them to anyone looking to sell a house and not have the strsss of a traditional sale. I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by PDX Renovations. My brother and I was facing the problem of selling my parents’ house and land as well as my house which is located on the same acreage. We were on the fence of updating my parents’ house or selling it “AS IS” and working with a realtor for both properties to sell them as a complete package. With my brother living over 10 hours from me, we knew there was no way to work on my parents’ house to update it and get it on the market within a year. Little alone getting it all sold and then the hassles of dealing with a realtor, no telling how long that would have taken. I called PDX Renovations just to see what it was all about. Cody came out spoke with us and was able to give us options on what we could do from what it “might” cost to repair and update my parents’ house...

They were very flexible with our needs and our timelines. They made the whole process easy, fair, smooth and comfortable.

It was almost too easy working with PDX Renovations and Logan. Everything went very smoothly and they made sure to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were not pushy at all and it was a quick and painless process. I highly recommend them!

These guys are quick! They were able to cut a check to my parents and close within two weeks of accepting their offer. We were in a bind and needed to sell my parents house quickly. There were many needed repairs and we didn't have the money to fix. These guys bought the house as-is and I didn't have to clean it nor do anything to it. We didn't know what we were going to do with my dad's non-working van that was sitting in the carport and they took care of that too! They were very patient while I worked on getting the title for the house. And they are very convenient. Three times they came to me (pick up keys, pick up van title and pick up house title). It was really nice that they would come to me instead of making me come to them. These guys are professional, courteous and really easy to work with. I'm thankful to the PDX Team for all their help with this process.

Selecting PDX Renovations to purchase my home was the best decision ever! From the first phone conversation with Matthew to the visit to my home and evaluation with Chris took only a few days and I received an offer within the hour! Of course, I accepted! It was a fair offer and I could feel the weight of working with real estate agents and making repairs drop away. Such a relief. The very next week, Stephanie arranged for visits for photos to create a 3-D image of my house and for the sewer scope. At the same time, Sheila Schwartz and her team at WFG National Title Insurance Company contacted me to begin work on the title report. The title was cleared in record time!
