I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by PDX Renovations. My brother and I was facing the problem of selling my parents’ house and land as well as my house which is located on the same acreage. We were on the fence of updating my parents’ house or selling it “AS IS” and working with a realtor for both properties to sell them as a complete package. With my brother living over 10 hours from me, we knew there was no way to work on my parents’ house to update it and get it on the market within a year. Little alone getting it all sold and then the hassles of dealing with a realtor, no telling how long that would have taken. I called PDX Renovations just to see what it was all about. Cody came out spoke with us and was able to give us options on what we could do from what it “might” cost to repair and update my parents’ house...
