I overall had a good experience selling my home to PDX renovations.

A mold infestation in a townhome is a situation I never thought I’d find myself in, with neighbors and HOA refusing to support fixing it. After two years of health crisis for my family, we were utterly desperate to escape.

Even priced as a fixer upper, my home just wouldn’t sell because of the mold and the trash HOA.

PDX renovations took over and let me get out of there very quickly, 2-3 weeks from the first conversation.

I took a massive loss on my home as expected, but PDX Reno handled unexpected fees that I couldn’t afford, and worked with me reasonably and professionally along the way, even with hiccups that can arise in such a large and quickly executed transaction.

Right away Brad one of his colleagues was at my house and agreed with the price I was asking as a fair price for all. Nikki at the office helped me through the paperwork and was very easy to deal with, any questions I had she was always available , never a missed call. From start to finish 2 weeks. Very good customer service. Easy to work with and instant offer on the house. I had a set number I wanted and they came very close on the first offer even outlining what they expected to make on it once they remodeled the house (very transparent). It was a property that needed a ton of work inside, a probate mess for my family, and Joe and his team navigated the entire thing for me without issue.

He found the probate attorney, got me all the pics and info I needed to make a decision on what to do from here in Ohio, and literally 10+ other things they helped with for legal hoops I had to jump through.
