They made a great offer and did exactly what we agreed on in the contract. Made us finally move from our home of 30 years as easy as possible. We
recommend them to anyone needing an easy transaction!

I had a wonderful experience with PDX Renovations. The goal for me was to have an idea of what they would buy my house for as is. I needed that information with the underlying idea of not selling my home. Even though Chris and Kona were aware my goal was not to sell my home unless absolutely necessary, they still completed a thorough and detailed observation inside and outside my home to provide the best information they could. It felt really comforting to work with people who treated me like a human and not just a customer. My experience was that they cared about my goal and wanted to help even if they were not going to be moving forward, buying the home. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed to sell a home as is and even to someone who needs the same type of help I needed in a difficult time.

We've been struggling to sell our home for a few months now. The gentlemen that came out from PDX was very kind and straight forward. Even though we didn't end up working together I thought it was appropriate to make a review. Definitely not what I was expecting from the "sell your home for cash" people. I didn't feel pressured and the gentleman gave me a lot of good advice, even after we had decided I wasn't going to take there offer.

After talking with a few different companies, I felt the most comfortable with PDX Renovations LLC. Joseph was honest, easy to work with, and never tried to rush my decision.
