This is a solid small business where everyone is family. They do fantastic work and it shows in every single project. The homes are stunning and the new-builds are epic. In all of my dealings over the years they stay true to their word even if it hurts. Not something I can say about most experiences. "JT" as Joe's mother calls him, is a genuine individual with a big heart.

PDX is hands down one of the most caring and professional companies we have ever worked with. There level of servce and rehab of homes is unparalleled by anyoe law we have seen out there.

Circumstances put us in the difficult position of selling our home. We looked at different options and decided to accept PDX Renovations' offer. The transaction actually took a little longer than expected due to some extenuating circumstances, which was not the fault of PDX Renovations. Ernest Gabrys was great!. I called PDX Renovations because I was interested to see what I could get for my house (it's been a rental for several years and needs some repairs) without having to embark on the fixing up process myself. I was very impressed with Joe and Ernest. They told me that the house wasn't in that bad of shape and I could make more by doing a few things and selling it myself, and they gave me references of contractors that do good work. They didn't wind up buying my house, but they gave me some invaluable advice and were very honest and informative.
