Nothing but 5 star service here- I had three other cash buyers come out all claiming to be local and a real buyers. None of them were even closely as open, honest, and transparent as PDX renovations was. I cannot recommend these guys enough they made selling my house very simple and easy took all the stress away and fulfilled every one of their promises. Thanks PDX for the great work..

PDX Renovations helped my family get out of a house that was absolutely falling apart when we just didn't have the time, money, and emotional strength to go through the repairs. They were optimistic and quick to respond throughout the process. Right after I reached out to them they came to the house and did an evaluation. There was nothing pushy about the process at all. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us and get us to a point where we could move on to a more suitable home.

They were very patient with us as we scrutinized every letter of each contract, requested changes, and gave them the 3rd degree. Frankly, what they were offering seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, it was true and now my family is in a beautiful new home where we feel safe.
