They completed the job in a timely manner and were good about cleaning up the job site when they were done. Would recommend them to someone looking to get their roof redone.

These guys are very professional, organized and they make a hard job look easy. The office staff, the supervisors and the crews were wonderful and answered my all my questions. They had pictures of the work that was done from start to finish, very helpful and helped me to understand the process.

Luis and crew were extremely helpful in answering the questions I had for them. I just happened to see them working across the street and walked over to see if they could answer a few questions. They were very pleasant and I will definitely be using them in the near future.

I took 10 days vacation with the family and when I came back I found out that I have brown spot at the celing of my garage I called on the 08/02/17 was scheduled for the 08/07 Jason did call me saying that he ll be at my place at 1pm and he did show up.my roof was done by this guys 06/30/2015 tow years ago, I just want to say that they do stand up behind there jobs. He couldn't find from where is the leak coming but his going to come back with someone else to do (( water test)) To see where is the leack coming from. I ll keep you on the loop.

From the beginning to the end it was an excellence experience. For the few concerns I had they were addressed immediately and resolved. The only thing that wasn't resolved was there was a six week lag time for the work to start and I was told it would start within two weeks. The roofing crew was early to work! They were here at 5:45 in their uniforms and ready to work. The first day they had enough shingles removed within an hour so they could load the shingles on the roof within 45 minutes. The crew was respectful, on time, clean and quiet as could be. The last day they stayed until after 5pm so they could finish the job (12 hour day in the heat). Payne and Sons crew with Connor the production manager, showed up on Monday to do a complete re-roof on our red tile roof in Tucson. They were very thorough and did a great job! They didn't hesitate to go one step further to fix additional issues we were concerned about. Best part is they were completely finished by Wednesday. Their crew were all excellent and clean up was done thoroughly!! I'd recommend them to anyone needing any type of roof repair or replacement.
