Had them come in before we got Solar. Our roof was getting older. At 20+ old roof it’s not if you are gonna have leaked it’s when! Had a Payne roof consultant (not salesman) come out and go over what we should consider doing.

So glad we did!

He listened to what our plans were, heard our concerns and provided my wife and I with option. Never once did I feel I was being pressured!

Upon finding a water stain inside my front entry I contacted Payne Roofing as they had done great work for me 12 years earlier. I highly recommend Payne Roofing if you are looking for an honest, professional, and quality roof repair. While searching for estimates for repairs, I spotted a Payne Roofing company vehicle. Just the quality of advertising on their truck was enough to grab my attention. I called and was given an appointment date. Ryan, the estimator, arrived on time and did an exceptionally thorough evaluation, much better than others we had. He provided pictures, a detailed materials list and an estimate on the spot with options regarding scope, and clear information of what was our responsibility (removing the gutters and providing the paint for touchups). Another company did a cursory inspection (didn't even go up on the roof) and quoted an only slightly lower price but planned a vastly smaller repair. Eleven years ago they replaced the original roof. This time they cleaned the crevasses and repaired the section that was sliding down. I will not hesitate to call on them again.
