The crew was awesome!! They worked hard and were extremely efficient. Every night before they left the job site, they cleaned up the ground around the house of debris. I was extremely impressed!! Their supervisor was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure the project was done correctly. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. Their senior estimator came to our house and did a great job giving us options. Whenever I called, texted, or emailed, I always received a reply fairly quickly. Overall, this is a great company and I highly recommend them!!

The re-felt was completed on time, and every individual involved with the project was professional, polite and completely competent. The roof looks great and we love the results. The clean-up was very impressive, with workers doing a thorough job. They were looking through bushes and shrubs just to make sure they caught everything. I highly recommend Payne Roofing. During the project there was a major flood inside from a broken waterline to the Evap. Cooler.
Payne's team handled the situation as Professionals.
They quickly addressed the broken pipe, cleaned up the mess, found mold and had it abated by a certified abatement expert. They also repaired and painted the interior ceiling damage.
While they continued replacing the roof.

Requested an inspection of our roof. Brad arrived within a few days. One southwest corner fascia needed replacement. Our 2014 re-roofing came with a 12-y full warranty, transferrable to new owner. Two warranty repair roofers came within one week. The re-built area looks great. They worked steadily for nine hours and cleaned up afterwards. As good as a home owner could expect. They can leave a Payne Roofing sign in our front yard any time! Would recommend to neighbors and use again myself
