Excellent communication throughout and very detailed description of what was to be done. Everything went as scheduled and the new roof was installed when scheduled. Very impressed with the work of the roofers - they were focused on what they were doing and very meticulous in making sure everything was done correctly. Prior to roof replacement, I needed chimney repair to replace cracked mortar which led to previous leaks. Chimney repair was done several days in advance and insured that everything was repaired correctly.
Roof replacement was completed in one day, from 7 AM until about 7PM. Sergio was there to oversee the work and provided updates via drone pictures throughout the day. After completion, the crew cleaned up the area very well and the new roof looked great. Next day Taylor inspected the work to make sure everything was done correctly and made sure the power vent was installed correctly. No problems at all. This is probably the fourth roof I have had replaced and, by far, Paragon is the most detail-oriented with real concern that everything is done properly. The result is a great new roof done right. Taylor and Sergio kept us informed throughout the process and made sure our questions were answered at every stage. It was a pleasure to work with Paragon Roofing. Best roofing experience ever,
