Going through the home selling process and the home inspector pointed out a couple things on the roof that needed attention. Our realtor recommended Paragon Roofing, Nick came out and looked at the spots and knew exactly what to do. He grabbed his tool belt and climbed back up the ladder and addressed both issues in just a matter of minutes!

Met with Nick following a leak in our roof. Friendly guy who was great with our kids and dog. He walked us through a couple different options for the fix. It’s been about two weeks now and my pot in the attic I was using to catch the water has stayed dry through the last couple rainstorms. Nick even went above and beyond and checked all our other vents and sealed some loose nails/flashing to prevent future leaks and damage. Thanks Nick!

Excellent communication throughout and very detailed description of what was to be done. Everything went as scheduled and the new roof was installed when scheduled. Very impressed with the work of the roofers - they were focused on what they were doing and very meticulous in making sure everything was done correctly. Prior to roof replacement, I needed chimney repair to replace cracked mortar which led to previous leaks. Chimney repair was done several days in advance and insured that everything was repaired correctly.
Roof replacement was completed in one day, from 7 AM until about 7PM. Sergio was there to oversee the work and provided updates via drone pictures throughout the day. After completion, the crew cleaned up the area very well and the new roof looked great. Paragon came out and helped me fix a loose fascia the day after I called. They were quick to inspect the issue and make the repair. Taylor was professional and great to work with so much that I asked for a quote to replace the shingles on our screened in porch.

It does not get any more thorough than Taylor Ammons and Paragon Roofing. Taylor goes above and beyond to make repairing or replacing a roof an effortless experience for the customer. His process is beyond thorough. As an insurance agent, we see more times than not, customer's do not have any record of their roof replacement. If they do, it's on a hand written invoice that is dated and useless. The tools Paragon Roofing uses to document the entire process from start to finish is beyond impressive. I highly recommend them and will continue to, to all my customers.

Paragon Roofing has my highest recommendation. Nick did a thorough inspection of our roof, complete with hundreds of photos to back up his findings. He was compassionate, honest and professional. The roofing crew was exemplary. Sergio was highly communicative and he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure problem spots with our roof would no longer be an issue. They showed up early to set up so that work could begin promptly when they said it would. Sergio also posted pictures of the progress made throughout the day to a live updating stream where we could compare before and after photos. The crew worked with speed, but great attention to detail. The owner, Taylor, even stopped by to make sure we were happy with the job.

Everything was great! From the first day they came out to give us an estimate to the completion of the job. We are so happy with the work, professional team (Nick, Sergio, the guys that did the work and the owner Taylor) and of course the aesthetics of a new age skylight! Nick put a sealer around our skylight and sealed a couple of other issues we were having when he came out to give an estimate. Nick and Sergio both called before the storm because my skylight wasn’t in yet, to see if we wanted them to come and tarp it. Taylor even text to keep us updated on the status of the skylight, when the job would be done and when they were on their way. They are one of the best companies that we have ever worked with!
