Great service! We had called several other roofing companies to repair the storm damage and subsequent leak on our roof, but after our insurance claim was denied we stopped hearing from them. Taylor stuck with us for almost a year and used his knowledge of the appraisal process to get our claim paid.

Taylor walked us through every step of the process. The crew showed up on time and had the work completed when they said they would. Great service. Met Jason while out walking when he was inspecting another house in neighborhood after hail storm. He offered to look at my roof for no cost before I submit an insurance claim. He came right over and inspected roof. Luckily I had no damage. They were so friendly and very responsive. Although I had no damage they are going to send me full report with pics with their analysis for my records. After working through 3 other contractors over about 6 months, our leaky and storm damaged roof was denied insurance coverage repeatedly. With Taylor’s knowledge about shingles and insurance codes in TN, he had my roof replaced and covered by insurance within 3 weeks of our first meeting.

The crew did excellent work. They spent lots of extra time cleaning up during and after the replacement because we have small children. Taylor listened to our concerns and came out anytime we called him before during and after the replacement.
