Taylor and Nick were quoting my neighbor and noticed a piece of soffit was loose on my roof. I had a few quotes from $350-$700. Taylor asked if I would like it fixed and I asked how much he said no charge. We contracted Paragon to repair siding that was falling off our home. Jason come out and gave us a quote based on what he saw and what we spoke about. The quote was fair and we agreed. We were told that there was a couple weeks waiting period which was fine. After 1.5 weeks of radio silence we reach out and asked when we would be scheduled. We were then told for 3 weeks in a row "we'll get you on the schedule for next week" and then never heard from them about a time, and they never came. I had to start calling Jason because he stopped answering my husbands calls. After the 3 weeks of this we we did a mini repair ourselves so further damage wouldn't happen to the part of the house being exposed.
