Sophia did a great job determining fair market pricing, and writing and preparing the listings, so that my properties all sold in a very reasonable timeframe, either over list, just at, or a little under our listing prices . I was very satisfied with the results she got for me, and when title issues came up during some of the escrows she communicated often and kept me informed, and through it all took time to explain anything I didn't understand.

Sophia was such a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish she was consistent and very precise. She went over every detail thoroughly so that she and I were on the same page. She made sure I understood and was comfortable with every step forward. She also organized and paid for staging which made the house look amazing. Sophia went through any possible “bumps in the road” and came up with solutions or figured it out before it was a problem to insure a quick closing process without any “hiccups”.
