Hands down, one of the best experiences I have ever had going to a Dr visit. From before I even arrived, their pre appointment care was organized, polite, and easy. When I arrived, the front office staff delivered top notch customer service. The building is gorgeous. Dr Olsen is an incredible primary care physician. She spent a significant amount of time with me on my new first patient appointment. She patiently listened to me and she has a great sense of humor too. I was not rushed at all! . Her assistant was knowledgeable and very professional. The phlebotomist was skillful and super friendly. You can tell the employees like working there because of the level of care that I received. Everyone very welcoming and friendly. The doctors are amazing and take their time to explain things thoroughly. But most importantly it’s a one place with multiple services. Example : X-ray, dexa scan and mammogram all available among other services. Read more >

I hold a Ph.D. and have almost 60 years of experience in the health care field. Having lived and worked in 7 states in my 80 plus years, I have personal knowledge and have had dozens of primary care practitioners. Dr. Josephine Olsen at the Osprey PolyClinic ranks as one of the very best. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of the clinic opening and specifically asked for Dr. Olsen as she had treated my wife in an assisted living facility last year.
Dr. Olsen was attentive to my health concerns, listened patiently, taking time, and developed a plan of treatment WITH ME. She did a thorough exam, rather than a quick vital sign assessment. Her overall medical knowledge appeared to be extensive as to what be going on with my condition.
And believe it or not -- She called me the next day to see how I was doing -- not sure if she also does house calls.

It is a very modern and new facility and a two tier system. The lobby has a greeting service and customer relations section
I was able to to view the entree staff as each Dr’s resume was reflected by an above floor information resume. My selection for a PCP was Dr Josephine Olsen.
Made an appointment and immediately had a script for a complete panel. My review on the results were presented and a further plan was implemented. She is very professional, friendly and extremely intelligent. A resume of success
I also found the place extremely friendly.from the customer service department thru the assistants and her nurse
I intend to investigate other sectors of Drs, keying in on a Cardiologist who I will interview next. The PolyClinic has the ability to meet many sectors of ones needs
