Chris was able to conduct our home inspection on short notice. We were kept notified about date, inspectors arriving time and completion of the inspection through his booking app. Inspection was thorough and driven to major components based on the age of the home (106yrs). Detailed report was provided within 24hrs of the inspection. Chris followed up with a phone call after sending the inspection report.
The inspection report provided us (home buyer) with good insight as to the condition of the house we were purchasing.

The home inspector was on time, courteous and explained the home items that needed repair. The folder that explained the inspection warranty, had a page for room dimensions and a pre-closing checklist is handy for home buyers, The report that was sent to me and my realtor was extensive and easy to understand. It makes me feel comfortable in knowing I am purchasing a house that has been checked for defects top to bottom. Thank you for a job well done.

Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get out the next day. Report was very thorough and you could tell the inspector (Paul) was experienced in construction and the construction process.

Orf did a great job! The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection and report. We are first time homebuyers so we were relying heavily on a good inspection and not knowing what to really expect but it was thorough and we feel confident in buying our home now! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was told by the woman who scheduled our appointment that they used infrared thermal imaging but they did not have that at the inspection.

I am a Realtor and the Buyer’s used Orf Inspectors on a house they were buying. They did a great job with the inspection. Soon after it closed there was a leak in the ice maker line. This was not a fault of the inspector, however Orf Inspection sent the new buyer a check to cover the cost of the small repair. Very stand up company!

These guys do a great job, easy to schedule with and always available for follow up questions and or concerns.
