Order in the House Staging Service helped us prepare our house for sale in the first quarter of 2016. Linda toured our Hawthorn Woods home in early January and prepared a detailed list of changes and improvements we could make to show and sell our house at its best potential. As a seasoned stager and staging industry leader in the Greater-Chicagoland Area, Linda knows what the market currently wants. With her professional perspective, we saw our home of 21 years with fresh eyes! She prioritized the suggested projects for us according to which would make the biggest impact. This helped us quickly establish our to-do list and budget. Linda also provided us with suggestions for contractors, suppliers, and design choices as needed (including paint colors).
