The "icing on top" of all the work we did to get the house ready for sale. Staging is focused on maximizing the perception of your house but is not practical for living in (takes some adjustment from living in your home to living in a house for sale). In the end, the entire house looked like a model home with the rooms looking like showrooms. Our house sold in the first 2 hours of showings with multiple offers and above asking price. Couldn't be happier!

And, that's exactly how we both feel, the home looks just like a model for a new house. We've had a few showings since you staged the house and it has shown beautifully. It was a trying time, and she worked efficiently and quickly to accommodate my situation that day. During this time she gave me great tips on placing things in different places in the house.
