The Smart Fit Method

I am grateful to the entire team at Smart Fit. I walked into SF after years of bad habits and health issues that left me with weight gain, inflammation, blood pressure issues, and even a mangled ankle. I was in bad shape.

Smart Fit helped build me back up. With every step and rep, my trainer helped me begin the processes to change my life. After 4 weeks, I already feel I am healthier, stronger, and happier. The physical and mental transformation has set in and I am excited to see how it progresses. If you commit to the program, it works.

The gym is beautiful and clean. Parking is available. The entire experience is excellent. I am signing up for another 4 weeks and look forward to continuing my health and fitness journey at Smart Fit. Read more >

This is the best gym I have ever been to! I can challenge myself and not injure myself. The workouts are short but effective (my gym workouts used to be 1 1/2 hours). The equipment is amazing, everything one does is recorded so that you compete against yourself to do better each time. Each piece of equipment is scientically created to give you the best workout, help with decreasing cortisol, increasing strength, moving out lactic acid, etc. The trainers are awesome and helpful. Smart Fit Method has been fantastic. Started April 2023, and it's been a game changer. I found myself in a rut with exercise. I walked in one day and it's made all the difference. Since then I've had 2 injuries from outside activities, and they've been able to modify to maintain my exercise level. I love my new “gym” and I put gym in quotations because it doesn’t feel like I’m going to the gym. I was always someone that worked out but figured I’ve been doing it wrong and wasting precious time away from my family for minimal results. And not to mention I never really enjoyed going to the gym. At smart fit it feels like a whole different experience, and it’s actually enjoyable believe it or not. The trainers are so knowledgable and helpful in making sure you’re doing things correctly to get results and also to not injure yourself. My favorite thing about it is the efficiency. I get more sore in a good way on strength days than I ever did at a regular gym.
