This company did everything they could to make things go perfectly smooth & it did. It was so easy. It’s a tough time for me as I had to sell my mom’s home for her to go into an assisted living residence. This company also fronted the money for my mom to move in once I signed a contract with them & then I just paid them back at settlement. So they took that huge burden off of me. The selling of this home was a great experience! It was inherited and had no idea what to do. The house needed a lot of work, there was alot of stuff in the basement and the main floor. We didn't know what we were going to do. There was also a tenant upstairs and we wanted to give him time to find a place.
