Northern PT was amazing at helping me with my ankle. The people were amazing and they explained the exercises and what they were supposed to do to help me so everything made sense. My insurance requires multiple authorization requests all of which were handled for me quickly without me having to do anything. Even after my insurance refused more visits they submitted a reconsideration request on my behalf. After I couldn't get any more appointments covered they gave me a list of exercises that I could continue at home on my own which has helped me greatly in preventing reinjury.

I loved Northern Physical Therapy because they helped me after my shoulder surgery to get my range of motion back and strengthened my should back to where it was. The staff was great and was always pleasant and answered all my questions I needed

I have been going to NPT since June because of a knee replacement. The care I have been given has exceeded my expectations. Jeff takes the time to work with me and help me attain my goals. He is encouraging and patient when you are feeling your worst. Jeff is willing to listen and try new things to keep you moving in the right direction. The office staff are always willing to take time to help you. Juanita and Kristin go above and beyond in LeRay! They greet you with a smile and hello every time you walk in that office.

I loved Northern Physical Therapy because the staff really take their time to understand why you need physical therapy to begin with and also, help you heal not only during your appointments but, give you exercise to do at home which is helpful to the patient. During my visits with Northern Physical Therapy, Jen was helpful and kind person not only she is good at what she does but also social with the patient which makes you comfortable.

I Started coming for theraphy for my ankle and was very happy how things went with the theraphy . After my ankle heeled I moved on to being a gym memeber . Everyone I have met that works at NPT has been very nice . The equipment is well cared for and the place is alway very clean .
