I recently took part in PT sessions at Northern Physical Therapy. It was a most positive experience. Every member of the staff there is very congenial and seems genuinely interested in each client’s well-being. Kara was my primary physical therapist. She was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, assessed my strengths and challenges, and then designed a program unique to my needs. She was extremely encouraging and helpful in her suggestions. Throughout my experience she constantly asked for input so that she could tweak my program to match my changing needs. On a couple of occasions, someone else worked with me and each of those individuals displayed the same attentive and caring manner that Kara had. NPT has been very supportive in my surgery rehab. The therapists are always professional and encouraging. They are working extra hard right now by following all protocols for the pandemic, being conscientious about sanitizing equipment as it is used, wearing masks at all times, and keeping patients 6’ apart. They always help explain exercises well, and will do whatever is necessary to help you understand why the exercises are important to improve. A huge thank you for helping me in my recovery! I highly recommend Northern Physical Therapy. The staff was outstanding. They are courteous, welcoming, and encouraging throughout the therapy process. I was continuously monitored for progress and my routine adjusted accordingly. Not only was the therapy focused on my recovery needs, the fact that I could schedule my appointments after my normal duty day was very beneficial do my recovery process.
