I have been a Normi member since 2019 and have taken many of there classes. The ISSS is a must for anyone one just starting out or even those that have been doing it for awhile. I love the fact that every time I take a Normi class I learn many new things that help me not only technically but also how to build my business. These guys are a wealth of knowledge and leaders in the industry in my opinion. A special thanks to Roger, Lance, and Doug for making such an informative online class available!

Excellent material, real life stories/ scenarios/ incidents helped to better understand/ relate to the taught. Best part: Doug went over an array of equipment needed/ used in the field. All students online/ in-person were engaged/ allowed to comment/ ask questionsin ask questions. Doug often called on Anthony (another learner) to share his 28 yrs of experience in the HVAC field. It helped to bring everything together in understanding the material better. Suggestion: use a headset mic. Side conversations were audible & distracting, difficult to hear. Instructor and material top notch.

I loved normi pro because the classes are so informative the trainers are impressively on point. Normi pro is the way to go!!!!!!!!

The instructors were very thorough with explaining the class and very patient with all the questions I had to ask. The hands on aspect was just as good, they told me what I did wrong why it was wrong and how to correctly fix the error and why that mistake is very common. All in all they are both excellent teachers.
