Douglas Hoffman was hands down the best teacher. As a claim adjuster I deal with my fair share of mold shipments. As a newbie dealing with mold, it was all so stressful and confusing. Great stuff. I am new to all these but haring from the experts and the involvement of everyone is good. Just wish there an expert in computer too. It seems to be a problem since day 1 otherwise the speakers are all very competent and great in explaining and sharing their experiences.
