Doug did an excellent job of teaching the IAQ Strategy, Sampling, Solutions class. I thoroughly enjoyed his presentation and knowledge as he articulated to us the benefits of why, how, when, and where sampling is done. What an awesome course. I will benefit from this tremendously and look forward to taking more classes in the future.

Another well run training class that easily exceeded all my expectations. The Certified Remediator for Sensitized Individuals class, taught by Michael Pinto & Robert Pettyjohn, was well organized and extremely informative and helpful. This is exactly the education I needed to put me and my company above the competition! I can’t recommend this course enough. If you really want to help sensitized individuals and you want to do the work properly, don’t skip this certification training! It’s worth every penny and more.

NORMI academy is always a great experience. Mo has been my instructor the last two times I've been through a class with Normi. Mo is an excellent teacher and a wealth of knowledge. I could not say great enough things about him. Hopefully he continues his work with Normi for years to come. The information given in the class was also top notch. The instructors presented all information in a way that everyone could understand. The only reason I wouldn't give the class 5 stars is for one reason. That is the instructor that filled in on the second day of the class named Louis. I felt Lewis was a little condescending towards myself. Louis noticed all my certifications on the wall behind me in my office through our webcam and then proceeded to single me out and ask me nearly every question he wanted the class to answer. He seemed to take pride in asking me questions I didn't know the answer...

Normi CMA/CMR training school was great and very informative. David,Moe,Louis where helpful and where great. I highly recommend anyone who is pursuing a career in mold assessment or mold remediation should attend this school.

It is rare that I take a class that after I finish I can’t think of a way to improve it—this is one of those classes. It was well organized, educational, clearly taught with humor without wasting time. The information was put on the bottom shelf, so it was easy to understand, but if we did have questions they were answered clearly and concisely. At the end of the first day, I really didn’t want it to end—again something very unusual of classes I take—I wanted to stay and learn more! At the end of class I felt educated—in other words I knew more, but I was shown how much more I needed to learn. If you are interested in helping people with their indoor air quality this class is a must!

Suggest that the technical end ie. microphone is working properly so that people towards the back can hear.
And when questions are asked, that they're repeated or a microphone is used.
