Mark Brawley was my buyer's agent in 2013, during the midst of Houston's buying frenzy when decent homes could sell within days of listing and at $5-15k over the asking price. It took about a year to find the right property as a consequence, and due to its protracted nature the search became a little stressful. Vincent helped us sell our townhouse in a transition neighborhood in early 2012. We thought it would take twice as long to sell our 6 year old townhouse because of the location but Vince and his team got us a signed deal in 2 short months.
