My husband and I were first time home buyers and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! I recommend our realtor, Catherine Sdao, to everyone I know. This process was incredibly foreign and stressful to us, but she did everything in her power to alleviate the chaos. Catherine provided all of the resources necessary to help us secure our home. Her service did not stop at closing - she was also a wealth of knowledge when it came to having reliable home repair connections. She was even so gracious to check-in to see how our home was doing after Hurricane Beryl. I don't know how it can get much better than Catherine!

Brooke helped us on multiple real estate transactions when we decided to look for a lot to build in Bellaire. She was awesome to work with, cared about our needs and helped us to find the perfect lot. She also helped us sell our old house and unexpectedly negotiate a lease agreement when a client approached her with an inquire to lease. She could have not brought this to us because it cost her a commission but she acted in our best interest. We leased our house for a year and then put it back on the market and she helped us sell it and we got more money than if we had tried to sell it the prior year. Overall awesome to work with and I highly recommend!
