Working with Rachael (Hartzog) to find a house was an extremely enjoyable process. Not only was she very accommodating, but she made the process easy and fun. She went out of her way to set up tours on short notices (sometimes within 1 hour) and would we willing to meet up post 7:30 if that was the only time that worked for you, as the client. She was proactive in finding options that fit with my budget/criteria and walked me through every step of the paperwork after I had selected my top pick. Prior to moving in, she even went as far as to inspect the space to ensure that the landlord had delivered on any cleaning/maintenance terms prior to handing over the keys. If you're in the market to buy/rent, I highly recommend consider Rachael to be your realtor!

Went looking for homes with Tania Vargas after moving to the Houston area for work. By far the best realtor I’ve ever had. She was always super fast to respond and take us around neighborhoods of interest. We found our dream home listed way out of our budget. Tania was able to negotiate a considerable amount off the house and even got them to cover all of our closing costs. A home that seemed so out of reach with its listed price point was obtainable only because of Tania. We even wound up getting money back at closing on our dream home.
