Justin was wonderful! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and came by a second time for the gas inspection that was unavailable the first time, no charge. Explained everything so I could understand during the walk-through. If I ever need an inspector again, I would use Nook and Cranny and ask for Justin!
