The Ninjacator support team are awesome got a very detailed response to my questions on two products for data feeds. They were thorough and answered my question. Also had a question on a price I saw on one of the products and was told of a discount I could have applied to it and I was so happy for this savings on one of the products I hope to get this week! Really outstanding support.

I've purchased several products from Ninjacators. One thing they all have in common-user friendly! Didn't take me long to put the tools to good use right away. Especially this Zorro Trader I just bought. It is powerful, easy to use and I'm just scratching the surface. Another thing, I've only needed customer service a couple times and when I did the experience was pleasant and quick.

I have been trading with Ninjacators and their systems since June 2022. I have traded with other systems over the years and managed futures portfolio with another provider, but the robot portfolios provided by Ninjacators have way outperformed any other system that I have worked with. Their support has been great and the weekly labs extremely helpful.

I just had my White Glove installation session with Mike, and it was above and beyond any customer service I have ever had in any industry, let alone the trading industry. The support has been amazing. The tolls and Robots work like a charm. I have never been more excited about a trading opportunity in my life.

Good call with Michael. Excellent knowledgeable customer service rep. I called because my anti-virus software kept blocking the supply and demand indicator download. I also had just purchased the level touch system. I am a little confused with the indicator right now, due to some repainting issues. I watched all the videos you had but wish there were a few more on trade setups and live trades. I wish there was a way to put us with people using the one touch trader that are successful at using the system.

I love Ninjacators realtime supply and demand. This software has help me to know when to enter and exit the market. It's only two days I have been using it. I hope the results continues. 5 stars for you
