I just got it up and running at 1400. Installation was quick and smooth. I just placed my first order short 1 contract S&P e-mini. I'm up $112.00 in 5 min. So far so good. i don't really know what i'm looking at. I could use a customer service person to help explain everything. I don't see the buy and sell level 2 data on the right side , perhaps it only works during trading hours. I know it's almost quitting time where you are. Customer service can call in the morning.

I have been trading with Ninjacators and their systems since June 2022. I have traded with other systems over the years and managed futures portfolio with another provider, but the robot portfolios provided by Ninjacators have way outperformed any other system that I have worked with. I will report back in 30days on how the BOTS performed over the 1st Month. I just downloaded the algos and I am currently busy testing in real-time with SIM account. so far the results are not bad at all, but it has been only two days. as you know to get a better feedback I need at least 30 - 60 days of testing. I am not sure I like the huge SL and PT but that is something I am planning on experimenting with. I will let you know.

The support I have received from more than one customer support agents has been outstanding each time. Both Bill and Brent have guided me through some of the indicators with patience and have ensured that I understood how to use them in my trading platform. I am slow to understand at times, and neither one of them rushed me at all. Congratulations to Ninjacators for having such knowledgable and patient people helping clients.
