My husband and I are extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service we received at Nick’s Furniture store in Peoria. We needed to purchase a couch in one day because family was coming into town, and both George and William went above and beyond to help us.
When we found a couch, I wasn’t sure if it fit our budget. William stepped in with excellent advice and options that truly helped me feel confident in our decision.
Even though it was Sunday and delivery was initially scheduled for Tuesday, William made a way for the couch to be delivered that same day. George personally delivered it, which meant everything was ready before my family arrived.
This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Whatever you need in furniture, they have or will order it for you. Sales people are very accommodating and professional.

By far one of the best furniture shops in AZ, from pricing to customer service. I’ve been all over town looking for furniture , and this place was amazing! I remember a Linda , because I’m a Linda :) and a Luis, they were so helpful! Thank you both for helping us out! We will definitely be back , and referring family & friends!

We were in town for only a weekend to help get our son furniture for his apartment. We got excellent, friendly service. We bought a quality couch at a reasonable price. They delivered it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this business!

This place has a variety of furniture to choose from at fair prices. Here at Nick's Furniture, Will and his staff have excellent customer service. They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this store when shopping for furniture and everything is new. There is no pre owned or used furniture. They really accommodate and fix any issues you may have when assembling the Furniture or they have option where they assemble the Furniture for you.

William made this transition with my move so smooth and he even helped me get approved for more than my initial allowance and this was all done in one day. Made our second purchase for a dinning table from Nicks. Love the prices and the people who work there. We have never felt pressured to buy anything and they answer all your questions. I only gave 4 stars because of the assembly service. We paid for it this second time around and a few days after sitting at the new table screws were popping off left and right from the chairs and the table itself. We had to recheck all of the screws and a majority of them were barely on there. We had to tighten all the screws and recheck everything. For the money we paid it shoukd have been done.

Me and my hubby went there today and found a great sectional with ottoman for our movie room! We decided to do the layway option which means you put 10% down of the total price and then you have a year to pay off whatever item You’re interested in. The best part about this option is that you can always come back and add additional items. I was so excited to see they offered layaway a lot of companies, no longer offer layaway and they want you to purchase using something that can impact your credit and personally we like to keep our credit use to a minimum . They also have other options like putting $50 down on your item and then you have 90 days to pay it off but you could take the item home right then! And they have amazing prices and quality !!! They also offer a military discount which was great !

Nicks furniture is a very helpful place. The sales lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on mattresses and bed frames. She was kind and polite and got me what I needed. Delivery was on time and prompt. Everything in the store is new, there is no pre rented or used furniture. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking new furniture, they also have reasonable pricing.

Beats any furniture store around with the prices as well as the customer service. All the employees that I have encountered here have been great. If you want quality furniture for a great price this is the place to go.

Great variety without tooooo much product, which can make things overwhelming with too many options. The great prices and super friendly, helpful staff will have us coming back here for our next purchase. We came here for an office chair and walked away with a super comfortable chair and a daybed! We'll be back!
