My experience with the Nice Guys carpet cleaning was very positive! They were responsive and available when I wanted them to come. They were running a few minutes late so they communicated with me. They vacuumed throughly and worked on all the spots. Their cleaning process allowed the carpet to dry quickly and it looks GREAT and they did it with a smile!!! They were responsibly priced too!!!
