The Newton Group was true to their word: they helped us to get out of our time share. At first, we were very skeptical about them because we had been scammed by so many other organizations who claimed they could get us out. We were also concerned about the fact that they were so far away from us and that we weren’t able to meet them face to face. But, even though everything was completed via online communications & transactions, by telephone and through the mail, they came through for us. We no longer have a timeshare and as a result, we feel that a noose has been taken from around our necks. Since day one of my experience with the Newton Group Treanfers was amazing. They kept me informed of the progress of the paper work that II needed and the things needed to complete the transfer of my Lost Valkey Lake Resort Property. When they needed things to be completed they got the paperwork out to me in a timely manner. It was really an outstanding experience with the Newton Group and all the personnel that help complete this transfer. Really an outstanding experience.

Newton did exactly what they said they would do. They told me up front it would take about three months, and that is almost exactly the amount of time it took. I had only used the timeshare TWICE! My husband passed away, and all I did was pay maintenance fees! It was a little expensive, but in the end, it was worth it! I would not hesitate to use The Newton Group.

After 20 years of paying dues and maintenance fees on our Bluegreen timeshare, my wife and I decided to try to get out of our contract. We found quickly that there is no easy way to do so. Bluegreen had no interest in taking back our owners share and there was no market visible to us to sell our interest.
So we decided to investigate several companies that advertised that they could get us out. We checked online and by phone. We selected the Newton Transfer Group after contacting several former timeshare owners that had success with Newton.
We prepaid Newton’s fee and signed the contract. We submitted all the paperwork that Newton required. Newton kept us posted on their progress as time went by. After almost a year we are now relieved that we are officially out of the Bluegreen contract.

The Newton group done everything they promised in a timely manner. I was kept informed of the progress, and every conversation was friendly and pleasant.
The initial presentation we attended was longer than necessary. It took too long to tell us the cost, so we could sign up. It was worth the cost and professional.

We wanted to get rid of her timeshare because the maintenance fees kept going up and a friend recommended Newton group. When we contacted them they told us we could be a timeshare free within 6 to 9 months. The whole process took approximately three months and now we know longer own our timeshare and are very happy with Newton Group.
